Most institutional crypto custody was designed for storage. CrypDefi is purpose-built for the other use case: signing, fast, under the controls a regulated desk requires.
Our Thesis
Execution should be a measured property, not a hope.
Trading desks know their edge to the basis point. They should know their signing latency to the millisecond. CrypDefi makes execution infrastructure as instrumented as the strategies that depend on it.
That is the layer we build.
How we think about execution
Self-custody, by construction
Keys live in tamper-proof enclaves on hardware the client controls. CrypDefi never holds custody of client assets.
Latency is a security property
A signer that takes hundreds of milliseconds is the wrong signer for a market-making strategy. We measure and publish ours.
Neutral toward custody
Trading desks should not have to migrate keys to gain a faster execution path. CrypDefi sits over Fireblocks, Fordefi, Copper and others — or runs natively.
